摘要
传统的阴极保护体系的设计多依靠理论近似公式或经验,常出现过保护和欠保护的现象。本文以某采气厂的阴极保护体系的一部分作为研究对象,采用有限元数值模拟技术对其进行仿真分析,应用Ansys软件计算得到管线上的电位分布云图,从而对管线的运行状况进行评价,并进一步优化阴极保护体系。
The traditional design of the cathodic protection system relys on the theory of approximate formulas or experience so that over protection and less protection are often occurred. In this paper, using the finite element numerical simulation technology of ANSYS software, part of the cathodic protection system from a gas production company is analyzed to acquire the potential distribution of pipes. Therefore, running state of pipes can be evaluated and optimized.
