摘要
本文开展了从玉兰叶中提取缓蚀剂的研究。结果表明,提取的最佳条件为:10g玉兰叶的最佳提取条件为40℃、50mL 16%的HCl、浸泡14h,得到提取物的浓度为29.2g/L。红外光谱分析表明提取物的主要成分为不饱和醇。采用静态挂片法对提取物的缓蚀性能进行研究结果表明,酸化介质的种类、温度、提取物加量对缓蚀性能有显著影响,提取物对酸化介质中不同钢片缓蚀效率不同,在50℃5%的盐酸中,提取物对A3钢的缓蚀效果最佳,其次是L80钢;50℃土酸中,提取物对A3钢的缓蚀效果最佳,其次是N80钢;对提取物的电化学性能研究结果表明,提取物属混合抑制型缓蚀剂。提取物能显著增加交流阻抗谱圆弧半径,缓蚀效果显著。因此,从玉兰叶中提取缓蚀剂具有一定可行性。
This paper studies amino acids inhibitors extracted from magnolia leaf. The result shows the optimal extracting condition as follows:50mL 16%HCl and 10g magnolia leaves react 14.0h at 40℃, and the content in extractors is 29.2 g/L. The analysis IR spectrum of extractors shows that the main ingredient of extractors is unsaturated alcohol, The result of corrosion inhibition performance using static weight loss shows that the types, temperature of acidic mediums and the dosage of extractors have effect on corrosion inhibition remarkably. It is different of Corrosion inhibition efficiency of extractors for different sort of steel sheet ,In 50℃5%HCl, the Corrosion inhibition effect of extractors for A3 steel is the best, In 50℃mud acid, the Corrosion inhibition effect of extractors for A3 steel is the best,followed by N80 steel. The investigated results of electrochemistry performance of extractors indicates that extractors is a mixed inhibitors,and extractors make circular-arc radius of alternating-current impedance spectroscopy increase notably in acidic medium, and corrosion inhibition effect is remarkable. Therefor, it is feasibility to extract inhibitors from magnolia leaf.
