摘要
渤西油田群歧口18-1、歧口17-2平台水源井和生产水系统存在结垢现象,一定程度的影响了油田正常生产。通过对现场工艺流程的调研、垢样组分以及水型与结垢关系的分析,确定了现场垢样主要为CaCO3垢,现场水样为NaHCO3型水,水样本身有很大的结垢倾向;结合ScaleChem软件对温度、压力、pH值等关键因素进行了结垢趋势预测研究,明确温度、压力突变是结垢发生的主要外因。根据调研分析结果,提出了切实可行的现场结垢控制建议。
Water wells and production water systems in QK18-1, QK17-2 of Boxi group oilfield exist scaling phenomenon that seriously affects the normal production. By way of investigating the process, analyzing the components of scale and scaling relations with Water type ,We reach a conclusion that the field scale is mainly CaCO3 scale, the type of field water is NaHCO3 and this water system has serious scaling tendency. In addition, We made a study on the relation between the scaling tendency and the surroundings such as temperature, pressure and pH with ScaleChem software, which make us know that the main reasons of external fouling occurs are high temperature and pressure jump. According to the results of the analysis, the feasible suggestions for scaling control is given.
