摘要
介绍了延长油田概况。选取了某区块采出水进行了腐蚀因素分析,该区块采出水的特点是:Cl-、HCO3-含量较高,溶解氧、SRB、TGB含量较少,不含CO2和H2S,pH值介于6.12~10.84之间,与其它油田比较,总矿化度较高。明确了该区块腐蚀的原因是Cl-、HCO3-含量较高,加之存在溶解氧、SRB、TGB,多种因素共同作用、相互影响、相互促进造成的结果。提出了要解决油田腐蚀问题不光要加强技术研究更重要的是要加强管理的建议,为延长油田今后生产系统的防腐工作提供了借鉴。
The survey of Yanchang oilfield were introduced. The reason and the main influence factors to the corrosion of the produced water in one exploration block were analysed, the character of produced water is:higher Cl-, HCO3-, lower DO, SRB, TGB, no CO2, H2S, pH is 6.12~10.84, higher total mineralization. The higher Cl-, HCO3-, and the presence of DO, SRB, TGB, and their interactions are the reason of corrosion. In order to increase the service life of production system of Yanchang oilfield, we suggest not only strengthen technological research but the more important thing is improve management level.
