摘要
国际投资已经成为当前国际经济活动中重要的组成部分,国际投资法碎片化的现状日益难以满足国际投资发展现状的需要,在回顾国际投资发展的状况以及国际投资协定多边化尝试的基础上,指出在国际投资协定的多边化将成为国际投资法自由化发展趋势的重要象征。
International investment has become an important component of contemporary international economic activities. The fragmentation of international investment law can hardly meet the demands of current international investment development. Thus, it is argued, based on a review of international investment development and a trial of multilateral international in- vestment protocols, that the multilateral trend of international investment protocols is in- dicative of the free development trend of international investment law.
