推进与完善民族地方院校“师范生免费教育”政策

Policies Promoting and Perfecting “Free Normal Undergraduate Education”in Multiethnic Areas' Universities

师范教育有其相对独立性及运行机理,市场经济及思想在当下教育领域的"失灵",以致师范生源数量锐减、质量下降,"师范生免费教育"政策应运而归。2007年,我国6所部属院校推行"师范生免费教育"政策后,各省均积极筹划并逐渐在省内地方院校推行该政策,民族地区的积极实践,体现其对优质师资的更迫切需求。文章以贵州省为例,探析"师范生免费教育"政策在民族地区继续推进的必然性、必要性,并尝试提出几点建议,旨在坚持与完善该政策,推进民族地区教育又好又快地发展。

Normal education is important but it is facing a decline in these days. Beginning from 2007, free normal undergraduate education has moved on in six national universities and some provincial and necessity of universities. With Guizhou free normal undergraduate as an example this paper studies the feasibility education.
