医院货币资金管理的实践研究

The Practice of Hospital Monetary Fund Management

加强医院货币资金管理是保护医院资产安全和完整,促进医院经营管理水平提高的需要,资金的有限性和各项工作对资金的大量需求之间的矛盾,要求医院协调好资金的使用,优化资源配置,提高资金的使用效率。文章分析了医院货币资金管理存在的一些问题,立足医院的实践经验,提出了一些货币资金内部控制的方法,来防范医院货币资金风险。

To strengthen the hospital monetary fund management is to protect the safety and integrity of hospital assets, and meet the need to promote the level of hospital management; due to the contradiction between the limitation of money and a large demand for money, hospital is required to coordinate the use of funds and optimize the allocation of resources to improve efficiency in the use of funds. This article analyzes some issues in the hospital monetary fund management, and proposes some methods to intemal control of monetary fund, based on the hospital practice, to prevent the hospital monetary fund risk.
