英国18世纪的农民反圈地模式与法治传统被引量：1

摘要与中国历代农民起义相比，英国农民极少出现暴力抗争，这一特征在18世纪反圈地运动中有明显体现。在合法抗争与暴力抗争之间，英国农民为什么优先选择合法抗争？这是一个十分重要但又经常被忽视的问题。所以，本文拟从比较视角对18世纪英国独特的反圈地模式及成因予以初步分析。
