摘要
目的 探讨CyclinD1、bcl- 2与子宫内膜癌发生、发展的关系以及与雌激素在致癌过程中有无内在联系。方法 采用免疫组化法检测了 2 5例正常子宫内膜、2 6例子宫内膜增生、6 9例子宫内膜癌组织中CyclinD1及bcl- 2的表达情况。结果 增生期子宫内膜CyclinD1的表达明显高于分泌期 ,CyclinD1的表达与子宫内膜癌的临床病理特征无关 ,但在Ⅰ型中的表达明显高于Ⅱ型。bcl- 2在正常增生期、复合增生、非典型增生、癌组织中依次下降 ,bcl - 2表达与子宫内膜癌的临床病理特征无关 ,与分型也无关。结论 CyclinD1可能是雌激素致癌的部分分子途径。bcl- 2可能与子宫内膜癌的发生早期有关。
Objective To discuss the roles of cyclin D1and bcl-2 in the pathogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma and whether they have some relationship with estrogen.Methods Cyclin D1 and bcl-2 were examined by immunohistochemical methods in 25 normal endometrium,26 endometrial hyperplasia,69 endometrial carcinoma.Results Expression of cyclin D1 in proliferative phase endometrium was significantly higher than that of secretory phase.Cyclin D1 was not correlated with clinicopathology of endometrial carcinoma,while it was higher in type Ⅰ than that in typeⅡ(62 3%,31 2% respectively).Expression of bcl-2 in normal proliferative phase endometrium was higher than that in secretory phase.Expression of bcl-2 was detected in 94 1% of complex hyperplasia,66 7% of atypical hyperplasia and 40 6% endometrial carcinoma,bcl-2 expression decreased gradually.Expression of bcl-2 was not correlated with clinicopathologic characteristic of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion Cyclin D1 may play a role in the pathway of carcinogenesis of typeⅠ endometrial carcinoma.Bcl-2 may be related to early development of endometrial carcinoma.
