摘要
复旦大学具有通识教育的深厚传统。早在上世纪80年代,苏步青主政复旦大学时已经开始了通识教育的早期探索,苏步青关于通识教育的思想和实践具有时代特征,与苏老的求学治学经历联系密切,是对复旦大学通识教育的早期探索,是适应经济社会发展形势的需要,也是高等教育领域思想解放的产物。他的通识教育思想反映出一代知识分子的觉悟和认识,也反映出一位伟大教育家的博大情怀。
Fudan University has a rich tradition of general education. During the period of Su Buqing＇s administration in the 1980s, Fudan University has begun early exploration of general education, Su Buqing＇s theory and practice of general education has the characteristics of the times, and it is closely related with his school and academic life, and is the early exploration of general education in Fudan University. In addition,it meets the need of the situation of economic and social development, and it is also the product of the emancipation of the mind in the field of higher education.His general education thought reflects the awareness and understanding of a generation of intellectuals and a great educator＇s broad feelings as well.
