摘要
论文充分肯定了学科带头人的培养对学科建设的意义,结合前人观点及中医院校特点,界定了学科带头人的内涵,提出要着力培养学科带头人各种内在素质,并努力营造各种有利于学科带头人成长的外部环境,培养造就一流的学科带头人,促进学科发展。
The article fully affirms that the training of discipline leaders plays a key role in discipline development. Then, based on previous view and the characteristics of college of traditional Chinese Medicine, the article defines the connotation of discipline leaders and then points out that we should train the leaders' intrinsic quality and create external environment in favor of their growth so as to promote discipline development.
