The establishment of the MI is the core and the soul of the identifying system in higher vocational colleges. It is the essential task for the establishment of higher vocational colleges to form the school mission and school purposes in ac- cordance with their respective educational goals and directions of development, to design the standards and the competitive abilities of talents cultivating which can be acknowledged by all the staff and students inside colleges, as well as by the whole society, and also, to demonstrate the spirits and values of the colleges.
