音乐学院辅导员素质的提升研究

音乐学院的辅导员队伍建设仍然存在一些问题,辅导员配备不足、专业化程度不高、工作计划性和体系性较差等问题,严重影响了辅导员工作的效率。针对这些问题和不足,我们应该积极应对,进一步完善辅导员队伍建设,提高辅导员队伍专业化程度,并完善辅导员的绩效考评及考核机制,为辅导员综合素质的提升提供有力保障。

There are still some problems in the construction of counselor team in Music College. Counselors equipped with insufficient, not high degree of specialization and the work plan and system performance problems seriously affect the effi- ciency of the work of counselors. In view of these problems, we should take positive measures to further improve the coun- selor team construction, improve the degree of specialization of counselors, improve the performance appraisal and evalua- tion mechanism of counselors, and provide a powerful guarantee for the comprehensive quality improvement.
