中国特色教师“双师型”教师概念浅析 被引量:2

摘要 高等职业教育为了满足培养应用型高职专业课教师的需求,对高职专业课教师提出了"双师型"教师这一素质素养概念。"双师型"教师不仅是高职教师队伍构成的特色,也是队伍构建发展的重点。近年来,教育部门乃至社会各界越来越多的把注意力投向如何构建及提升"双师型"教师队伍这一目标上来,但是,对"双师型"教师概念的解读和内涵的揭示却没有规范的说法,所以,"双师型"教师这一用语的澄清与解读对高职教育教师队伍的建设提升具有重要的影响和深远意义。 Vocational education training in order to meet the needs of teachers in applied vocational courses, vocational courses for teachers proposed a "double" teacher of the quality of literacy concepts. "Double type Teachers" not only consti- tutes the characteristics of vocational teachers, but also the focus of the development team to build. In recent years, the edu- cation sector as well as to the community more and more attention is devoted to how to build and enhance the "Double type" teachers up to this goal, however, the "double type" teacher's interpretation of the concept and content of the revelation was no standard to say, therefore, "double type" teacher clarification and interpretation of the term for the construction of voca- tional education teachers have a significant impact and enhance the profound significance.
