College Teachers' Moral Construction under New Situation

高校师德建设事关高等教育的成败,意义重大,以至于影响公民的道德建设和我国的经济社会的发展。在新的形势下,认真探讨高校师德建设问题,并采取行之有效的对策,切实加强高校师德建设,是高校面临的一项重大而艰巨的任务。本文旨在阐明新形势下加强高校师德建设必要性,揭示高校师德建设的现状并分析其原因,并在此基础上对新形势下加强高校师德建设提出一些建议。

Teachers＇ moral construction is related to the success or failure of higher education, it is significant, so that it in- fluences citizens＇ moral construction and China＇s economic and social development. In the new situation, seriously explore teachers＇ moral construction problems and take effective measures to strengthen teachers＇ moral construction, is a major and arduous task faced by university. This paper aims to clarify the new situation, the necessity to strengthen teachers＇ moral con- struction, revealing the status of college teachers＇ morals and analyze its causes, and on this basis, under the new situation, put forward some suggestions to strengthen teachers＇ moral construction.
