摘要
激励方式中有一种最重要的手段即为薪酬激励,薪酬激励措施利用得当,不仅有利于公共部门办事效率的提高,而且十分有利于公共部门的战略目标的实现。因此应用在图书馆中人力资源管理过程中的薪酬激励不仅对图书馆有效运行起着促进作用,还对社会的团结与安定起着非常大的促进作用。因此,本文简单地介绍图书管理工作人员薪酬结构,通过针对其存在的问题探讨一些对策建议。

Therefore, in the process of application of payment incentive in library human re- source management, not only can promote the effective operation of the library, but also plays a very large role in promoting on social cohesion and stability. Therefore, this paper briefly describes library management staffsalary structure, by targeting its existing problems, put forward some suggestions.
