本文主要通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法和数据统计法对老年人体育锻炼动机进行研究。调查老年人体育锻炼动机和现状,为今后探索老年人体育锻炼相关问题,推动老年人全面参与体育锻炼和发展提供依据。

This paper mainly through the questionnaire investigation, literature material method, interview method, and data statistics for the elderly exercise motivation to study. To investigate the elderly physical exercise motivation and the status quo, for exploring the elderly exercise related issues, promote the full participation of physical exercise in the elderly and to provide basis for development.
