本文分析了当前国内高校跨学科研究的主要障碍,并以高校"学部制"改革为契机,探讨了培育跨学科团队的思路及营造良好的跨学科研究氛围的方法。

This paper analyzes the main impediment to interdisciplinary researches in Chinese universities. Against the background of the ＂faculty＂ system reform, we discuss how to train interdisciplinary teams, and to create a good atmosphere of interdisciplinary researches.
