关于四川民族学院篮球裁判员培养现状与对策研究

Basketball Referee Training Situation and Countermeasures of Sichuan University for Nationalities

随着篮球运动的迅速发展,对篮球裁判员的执裁水平也越来越高。因此,篮球裁判员的培养,成为影响篮球运动发展的重要要环节。高校作为人才培养的基地,也将承担起此项任务。本文通过对四川民族学院篮球裁判员的培养现状进行分析,找出其培养过程中出现的问题,为推动当地篮球运动的发展贡献一份力量。经笔者分析,得出如下几点结论:(1)执裁能力薄弱;(2)裁判基础知识掌握不完整;(3)临场经验少,心理因素制约较大。

With the rapid development of basketball, requirement for basketball referees judgment level is higher and higher. Therefore, basketball referee training became an important link to influence the development of basketball. Universities as personnel training base, will also assume this task. Based on the analysis of basketball referee training situation in Sichuan University for Nationalities, found out the problems in training process, to contribute to promote the development of local basketball. The author analyzes, draw the following conclusions： （1） Judgment weak; （2） The basic knowledge referee mas- ters is incomplete; （3） the spot with little experience, psychological factors constraining is big.
