关于西藏地理教育发展的几点思考

Reflections on Tibet Geography Education Development

在多年的教育教学实践中,根据西藏地理教育现状的观察,发现西藏地理教育的一些现存问题:教学方式传统落后、教学设施严重缺乏、师资队伍不足、学生文化素质低、语言文化背景缺失等。针对这些问题,提出了加强师资培养、注重体验式教学、适当改变教学内容,增加乡土教材比重、结合世界热点地区教授地理知识、适当进行科技前沿知识教育的一系列解决办法。

After years of teaching practice, according to the observation of geography education status in Tibet, found that some of the issues existing in geography education in Tibet： traditional teaching methods backward, a serious lack of teaching facilities, teaching staff shortage, the low quality of students＇ cultural, linguistic and cultural backgrounds missing and so on. To solve these problems, proposed to strengthen teacher training, focusing on teaching experience, appropriate changes in course content, to increase the proportion of local materials, combined with knowledge of world geography professor hots- pots, proper conduct a series of scientific and technological frontiers of knowledge and education solutions.
