摘要 在当代,教师的专业发展很大程度上取决于教师对新课程理念的落实。新课程改革的要求与微格教学的训练方式一致,微格教学是一种集心智技能和动作技能训练为一体的技能训练方法,它强调在一定的理论指导下训练学习者使其获得或提升某种行动技能。本文将从教师专业发展背景下微格教学的特点、微格教学的模式和微格教学在实施中要注意的问题等方面进行探讨,以便使微格教学在教师专业发展方面发挥更有效的作用。 At present, teachers' professional development depends largely on the implementation of new curriculum con- cept. The training methods of micro- teaching just meets the new demands of curriculum reform, which emphasis that the learners can gain or ascend some action skills under the guidance of some theories .It is a collection of mental skills and move- ment skills training for the integration of skills training method. This article will state the microteaching characteristics under the background of the teachers' professional development, the micro-teaching mode and some problems in the implementa- tion which must be paid more attention to. It is hoped that microteaching will play an effective role in the teachers' profes- sional development.
