当前,学校教育因为受到多种因素的影响,越来越追求一种快节奏的生活方式,早出人才、快出人才更是成为学校追求和显耀的一种资本。在这样的背景下,那些天生愚钝,或因各种因素导致各种问题的"差生"就被裹挟到他们难以适应的快节奏教育方式中去,从而加剧了先天的不利因素和后天的问题因素。最好的教育就是提供给适合学生发展的路径,对于那些问题学生,教育者需要做的不是紧赶慢赶,而是放慢教育的速度,顺应他们的节奏,这样才能收到迟到的幸福。

The best educa- tion is to provide a path for students to develop, for those problem students, educators need to do is not fast to catch, but the slow pace of education, responsive to their rhythm, so as to receive late happiness.
