Humanistic Care of Ideological and Political Education

人文关怀是当代思想政治教育的灵魂。当前思想政治教育工作有效性不足,其重要原因就是人文关怀的缺失。因此,思想政治教育注重人文关怀应从加强理念引导、突出主体保障、强化制度支撑、注重实践养成等方面,建构以"以人为本"为核心的思想政治教育人文关怀。本文主要分析了思想政治教育的内在需求,剖析了当代高校思想政治教育的问题,并有针对性地提出了新时期开展高校思想政治教育的方法措施和其应用价值所在。

Humane care is the soul of contemporary ideological and political education. Current lack of effectiveness of ideological and political education, the important reason is the lack of humane care. Therefore, the ideological and political education should focus on strengthening the concept humanistic care guide, highlighting the main protection, strengthening institutional support and developing practice-oriented aspects to construct ＂people-oriented＂ as the core of the ideological and political education humanistic care. This paper analyzes the internal demand of ideological and political education, analysis of the contemporary ideological and political education, and targeted proposed the measures to carry out ideological and poli- tical education and their application value in the new era.
