利用现代教育技术手段开展网络教学,是高校深化教学改革,适应社会全面推进素质教育的需要,同时通过网络平台建设、学习资源建设和研究型教学的开展促进了大学生学习能力、实践能力和创新能力培养的目标。推进师生参与、鼓励网络应用,结合课程特点、注重资源建设,深化教学改革、改进评价机制,有利于网络教育的进一步优化。
