工业遗产作为人类文化遗产的重要组成部分,有着多方面的的价值。城市是文化的载体之一,城市中的工业遗产则承载着城市的历史记忆和文化积淀,它们是城市独特个性的鲜明体现。虽然近年来其价值逐渐受到人们的重视,但其中仍然存在诸多问题,国内许多优秀的工业遗产仍然没有被妥善地加以保护,而遭到人为的破坏。因此加强工业遗产的保护并对其加以适当开发利用,以实现其价值,具有十分积极的意义。
