顶岗实习生管理办法探讨

Discussion on Internship Management Approach

高职学生在企业进行顶岗实习,是高职院校走工学结合教学模式的有效途径,对于强化学生的职业意识和提高学生的职业技能具有十分重要的意义。本文从顶岗实习的实施、管理、考核、安全、责任、学生利益保障等方面出发,为顶岗实习组织管理工作的顺利开展提出一些建议,希望达到工学结合,校企合作的双赢局面,并使高职院校学生的技能得到切实提高。

Vocational students internships in enterprises, is an effective way for vocational colleges to go work and study teaching mode, has very important significance for strengthening students＇ career awareness and improving their vocational skills. In this paper, internships implementation, management and evaluation, security, responsibility, security, student inter- est and other aspects to start, propose some suggestions for the smooth development of internship organization and manage- ment, hope to achieve work and study combination, school-enterprise cooperation win-win situation, and make high voca- tional skills of college students effectively improve.
