高职“一体化教学”模式实施要素浅析

Analysis of Higher Vocational ＂Integrated Teaching＂ Model Implementation Elements

高等职业教育改变办学理念、走校企合作的道路,推行“教、学、做”一体化的教学模式,有利于提高学生的职业素质及技能,实现教学与就业的无缝链接.本文认为一体化教学的关键是“任务驱动”的一体化课程体系的创建,基础是“理实一体化”实训室的使用,以及靠“双师型”教师重构教学流程及改革教学方法.

Vocational education changed educational philosophy, and take the road of school-enterprise cooperation, the im- plementation of＂teaching, learning, doing＂ the integration of teaching, help to improve the students＇ professional quality and skills, education and employment to achieve a seamless link. This paper argues that education is the key to integration ＂mis- sion-driven＂ to create an integrated curriculum, based on ＂Integration of Theory and Practice＂ training room use, and rely on ＂double＂ teacher reconstruction and reform of teaching methods and teaching process.
