辅导员队伍担任着大学生思政工作的重任,有必要培育出辅导员这一职业的核心价值观,包括爱岗敬业、热爱学生、专业素养等应有之义.在提出适用性较强的核心价值观之后,辅导员更应该在实际工作中践行核心价值观.

Counselors undertake the task of ideological and political education, it is necessary to cultivate the core value of this occupation, including conscientious and meticulous in work, love students, professional literacy and so on. After present- ing the applicable core values, counselors should put it into effect in actual work.
