摘要
推门听课作为中小学教学管理的一项规范性制度,其目的虽然是为了学生发展、教师发展和学校发展,但由于其前提假设的不合理性、价值导向的不合法性以及实际操作的非现实性,导致具体效果并不明显.因此,推门听课应当转变方式,保证此项制度合理化、合法化和现实化.
As a normative system in primary and secondary schools, coming to class to listen randomly plays an important role for students', teachers' and schools' development, but because of the lack of rationality hypothesis, illegal value orienta- tion and unrealistic actual operation, this system causes the less obvious effect .Therefore, coming to class to listen randomly should change the way to ensure the rational, legal and practical system.
