学前教育事关亿万适龄幼儿健康成长,事关千家万户切身利益.随着我国经济社会的快速发展,人民群众对教育多样化需求正变得日益迫切,追求高质量的学前教育已成为广大适龄幼儿家长的热切期盼.由于我国学前教育发展总体水平相对滞后,近年来出现了“入园难”、“入园贵”等问题,严重影响和制约着我国教育的均衡发展.因此,切实采取有效措施,破解入园难、入园责问题,是学前教育落实科学发展观,办好人民满意教育的当务之急.

The preschool is related to the healthy growth of Hundreds of millions of school-age children and the vital interests of millions of households. With the rapid development of the Chinese economic and social, the demand of pe- ople for the diverse education is becoming increasingly urgent, the pursuit of high-quality pre-school-age children have become the parents eagerly expectation. As the overall level of the development of preschool education is lagging be- hind, in recent years, there has been ＂hard nursery＂, ＂expensive nursery＂ and other issues, seriously affect and constrain the balanced development of Chinese education. Therefore, take effective measures to crack the problem of hard nurs- ery and expensive nursery is the priority of pre-school to implement the scientific concept and run the education people satisfied of preschool.
