摘要
合作是幼儿未来发展,适应社会不可缺少的必备素质之一.但在我国,以独生子女为主的家庭让幼儿缺少了玩伴,也缺少了与同龄人共同游戏的机会,导致幼儿合作意识与合作能力欠缺.在幼儿园一日活动中,教师为幼儿创造条件,增加合作的机会,及时给予幼儿鼓励和引导,提高幼儿的合作意识与合作能力,并根据不同年龄班的幼儿年龄特点和发展特点的不同,采取相应的教育方式让幼儿乐于与人合作,体验合作的快乐.
