不同硒源对母猪泌乳期生产性能、血浆和乳中硒含量的影响 被引量:13

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同硒源对母猪泌乳期生产性能、血浆和乳中硒含量的影响,选用健康、体况相似、预产期相近的3~6胎次长大杂交二元经产母猪200头.随机分成10组,每个组20个重复,每个重复1头母猪,分别饲喂不同处理的日粮。1组为对照,饲喂不添加硒源的日粮,其余9组为试验组,分别以亚硒酸钠、酵母硒和纳米硒的形式添加到0.3、0.5、0.7mg/kg3个水平的硒,试验期为58d。结果表明:0.3、0.5mg/kg硒水平的酵母硒组和0.5、0.7mg/kg硒水平的纳米硒组,仔猪初生窝重显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。0.5mg/kg硒水平的酵母硒组,仔猪断奶窝重、窝增重、日增重均显著高于对照组和亚硒酸钠组(P〈0.05)。硒源、硒水平、硒源和硒水平之间的交互作用对母猪产后初乳、常乳中硒含量影响显著(P〈0.05)。纳米硒、酵母硒组中,0.5、0.7mg/kg硒水平的母猪血浆硒含量高于对照组(P〈0.05),随着添加量的增加,母猪血浆中硒含量呈逐渐递增趋势;亚硒酸钠纽中仔猪血浆中硒含量与对照组相比,反而下降了21.70%(P〈0.05);纳米硒组中,0.7mg/kg硒水平的仔猪血浆硒含量较对照组提高了18.70%(P〈0.05);在同一硒水平各组中.仔猪血浆中硒含量纳米硒组较亚硒酸钠组差异显著(P〈0.05)。
