摘要
钢梁在外扭矩以及梁端约束的作用下,会产生翘曲正应力以及剪应力,传统上利用扇性坐标及双力矩法计算,计算过程很繁琐。许多工程师在设计中对钢梁扭转作用的处理带有一定的盲目性。根据约束扭转的受力及变形特点,以变形协调为基础提出一种新的计算钢梁约束扭转的简化计算方法,该方法可很好的计算钢梁在外扭矩作用下的受力情况。算例计算结果表明,该方法具有很好的精度和准确性,可供工程设计应用。
It can be produced warping normal stress and shear stress for a steel beam constrained at the both ends under an external torsion. It is very complicated to use the traditional treatment for sectorial coordinate and bi-moment. Thusly, the treatment is certain blindness for many engineers in the design of considering the steel girder torsion effect. Through the characteristics of the restrained torsion stress and deformation, a new simply method of the calculation of the beam under restrained torsion was brought, based on the compatibility of the deformation. It can well calculated the steel beam under a external torque. The results show that this simple calculation method has good precision and accuracy, and it can be used for engineering design and theoretical calculations.
