涌泉根灌灌水器外套材料配方试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对目前涌泉根灌灌水器外套易裂的问题,利用注塑工艺,研究了不同温度环境下低密度聚乙烯LDPE中乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA含量对试样屈服应力、断裂应力及断裂伸长率的影响。结果表明:EVA含量为20%时,不同温度环境下试样的屈服应力、断裂应力及断裂伸长率最为接近。不同温度下LDPE中EVA含量对试样屈服应力和断裂伸长率的影响呈显著水平,而对试样断裂应力的影响不显著,所以,LDPE中加入20%左右的EVA可显著提高涌泉根灌灌水器外壳的抗裂性能,研究结果可直接应用于涌泉根灌灌水器外套材料的制作。 Aiming at the problem that bubbled-root irrigation device outer casing is easy to crack, an tensile experiment is conducted to study the influence of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) content in the low density polyethylene (LDPE) on yield stress, the fracture stress and elongation at break of testing samples under different temperature, utilizing the injection molding process with dif- ferent materials. The results show that the yield stress, fracture stress and elongation at break of testing samples are most closed to each other under different temperature conditions, when the EVA content is 20%. And EVA content has a significant influence on the yield stress and elongation at break under different temperature, but it does not have significant influence on specimen fracture stress. So, it can improve the bubble-root irrigation shell crack resistance significantly when adding 20% EVA to LDPE, the results can be directly applied to bubble-root irrigation shell material production.
