摘要
微流控混合器是微流控芯片的重要组成部分,是完成微量样品快速混合的一个功能部件。综述了国内外微流控混合器的最新研究进展,论述了微流控混合器的混合机理、设计方法、制作工艺、材料选择及应用等。微流控混合器分为主动式微流控混合器和被动式微流控混合器。主动式微流控混合器主要依靠外部力源实现微量样品的混合,如磁致微流控混合器、电极式微流控混合器和压电/超声波微流控混合器等。主动式微流控混合器结构复杂,因此不易与其他微流控功能器件集成。被动式微流控混合器制作工艺相对简单,易于集成,耗能低,应用广泛,已经在化学工程与生物工程中得到应用。
The microfluidic mixer is a significant module of the microfluidic chip and a function part to finish fast mixing for the micro-samples. The domestic and overseas latest research pro- gresses of the microfluidic mixers are reviewed with emphasis on the mixing mechanism, design methods, fabricating methods, and selection and application of materials. The microfluidic mixers are divided into active ones and passive ones. The active microfluidic mixer mainly relies on an external power source to achieve a mixture of micro samples, such as the magneto-micro- fluidic mixer, electrode microfluidic mixer, the piezoelectric/ultrasonic microfluidie mixer and so on. The structure of the active microfluidic mixer is complex, so it is not easy to integrate with other microfluidic function devices. The passive microfluidic mixer has simple processes, easy in- tegration, low energy consumption and widespread use, and is used in chemical engineering and biological engineering.
