中国电子及通信设备制造业产业集群的影响因素

Empirical Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Electronic and Telecommunications Equipment Manufacturing Industry Cluster

首先,通过选取与计算我国电子及通信设备制造业的行业集中度指数、赫芬达尔—赫希曼指数、空间基尼系数和区位熵,分析了该行业的产业集群变动趋势与规律。接着,通过对其影响因素进行实证分析,从样本个体差异和时间差异两个方面揭示了保持产业集群相对优势和绝对优势的主要影响因素。最后,根据实证结果提出了构建现代化交通网络、提高地区市场化水平、增加产业资本、完善产业政策、增强自主创新能力、改善人力资源结构、调整产业布局等推动集群发展的政策建议。

This paper collects panel data of 10 provinces （cities）, builds a relatively complete system of influencing factors, and makes an empirical analysis on these factors. Finally, based on empirical results, this paper also proposes to build a modern trans- portation network, improve the level of regional markets, expand industrial capital, improve the industrial pohcies, enhance the capa- bility of independent innovation, improve human resource structure, adjust industrial layout to promote cluster development policy rec- ommendations.
