摘要
本论文研究Web2.0交互形态下,以用户为中心,以用户需求为导向,探讨交互服务在数字档案服务中的应用,阐述交互式数字档案服务的概念和内容,构建面向用户的交互式数字档案服务模型以及分析模型运行机制。
The paper focuses on user and their need under Web2.0, discusses application of interac- tive services as new service theory in digital archives services, expounds the concept and content of digital archives interactive services, provides the model of user-centered digital archives interactive services and analyses running mechanism.
