摘要
通过对培养基、分离材料2个方面5个因素进行研究,结果表明,分离培养暗褐网柄牛肝菌菌株以采集的中熟子实体的菌肉分离效果最好,采后到分离时间不宜超过24 h,培养基以M1配方为最好。
Five factors concerning the culture medium, the isolating material were studied. It showed that the best materials were tubuli of the middle fructification that were collected. Time should not exceed 24 hours from collect to isolate. M1 was the best medium.
