摘要 我国是肝癌大国,每年新发病例达30万以上,仅次于肺癌,位居第2。外科切除和肝移植是目前肝癌治疗的首选根治性手段.但不少患者就诊时已发展为进展期肝癌或伴肝硬化,难以耐受手术,
