全克隆在肿瘤干细胞研究中的应用和局限性 被引量:1

摘要 全克隆指细胞在体外通过克隆培养法形成的一种紧密规则的克隆。具体方法是使单细胞悬液重新繁衍成新的细胞群体,其中紧密、规则、具备连续传代能力的是全克隆。研究已证实全克隆来源于干细胞.而近年来的肿瘤干细胞(TSC)研究发现肿瘤组织中存在小部分细胞在克隆培养中形成全克隆,其具有自我增殖、分化的能力,并具有很强的成瘤性.
