前列腺癌转移相关基因的生物信息学分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:从分子水平揭示前列腺癌转移的发病机制,为临床诊疗提供新思路。方法:在公共基因芯片数据库(GEO)中下载前列腺癌转移的相关基因芯片数据,其中原发性局限性前列腺癌样本61例,前列腺转移癌样本25例,利用BRB-ArrayTools软件、STRING、ToppGene、GOEAST、DAVID等工具对前列腺癌差异基因进行生物信息学分析。结果:BRB分析筛选出210个前列腺癌转移差异基因,其中上调84个,下调126个。对其进行生物信息学分析发现AR、FOS、JUN、ACTB、FN1、MYL9、MYH11、MYLK、SPP1等基因以及Rho GTPase调节细胞骨架通路、整合素信号通路、钙粘蛋白信号通路、Wnt信号通路等在前列腺癌转移的发生发展中可能起着重要作用。结论:利用生物信息学的方法能有效分析基因芯片数据并获取生物内在信息,为下一步实验提供些有价值的线索。
