冠心病侧支循环与肝细胞生长因子的表达及其基因C57488A多态性的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者血管狭窄程度及侧支循环建立的情况,与血清中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)的浓度及其单核苷酸多态性位点C57488A的关系。方法:对215例冠心病患者(冠心病组)和95例健康人(对照组)均行冠脉造影检查,采用ELISA法检测血清中HGF浓度,SASP-PCR法检测其基因C57488A多态性(CA型、AA型、CC型),比较冠状动脉狭窄程度、侧支循环的建立情况及HGF浓度。结果:冠心病组较对照组血清HGF浓度增高,与血管狭窄程度、侧支循环建立呈正相关,在CC基因型的患者中表现尤为明显。结论:HGF C57488A基因CC型携带者更易患冠心病,其侧支循环的建立亦更加充分。 Objective To explore the relationship between coronary vascular stenosis degree the establishment of the collateral circulation, with the serum concentration of the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), its single nucleotide polymorphism of C57488A in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Coronary angiography examinations were taken in 215 patients with CHD (CHD group) and 95 healthy volunteers (control group), serum concentration of HGF was tested by ELISA and polymorphism gene of C57488A (CA, AA, CC) was measured by SASP-PCR. The degrees of coronary artery stenosis, collateral circulation situation and serum concentration of HGF were compared. Results The serum concentrations of HGF in CHD group were higher than control group, positively related with the degree of vascular stenosis, collateral circulation establishment, especially higher in the patients with CC genotype. Conclusion HGF C57488A CC genotype carriers are easier to suffer from coronary heart disease, and get better establishment of collateral circulation.
