3.0T磁共振在自发性低颅压综合征诊断的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨3.0 T MR在自发性低颅压综合征诊断中的应用价值。方法:分析10例自发性低颅压综合征的影像资料。使用MRI平扫、MRI增强扫描、MRV、SWI等序列成像。结果:头颅MR示硬膜下积液2例,硬膜下出血1例,静脉窦和脑静脉扩张2例,脑下垂5例,垂体增大6例,增强扫描后10例均可见硬膜均匀性增厚强化。结论:3.0 T磁共振中的多种扫描序列可对自发性低颅压综合征提供可靠的影像证据,具有较大的应用价值。
