未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征致不孕中西医结合治疗临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treating Sterility Caused by Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome By Combining TCM and Western Medicine

目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征 (L U FS)导致不孕的临床疗效。方法 :6 5例 L UFS致不孕患者 81个治疗周期全部采用程泾教授自拟的益肾活血排卵汤 ,同时按其不同类型配合相应的促性腺激素、促性腺激素释放激素 (Gn RH)及其激动剂 (Gn RH- a)等促排卵药物。结果 :81个治疗周期中 6 5个周期正常排卵 ,排卵率 80 .2 5 % ;6 5例中 36例妊娠 ,妊娠率 5 5 .38%。结论 :中西医结合能有效地治疗 L UFS从而提高妊娠率。

Objective:Discuss the clinical observation of treating sterility caused by luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome (LUFS) with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:65 cases of sterile patients with 81 treating periods took Yishen Huoxue Pailuan Tang made by proffessor Cheng Jing,at the same time,combined corresponding stimulating ovulatory medicines,such as gonadotropic hormone,GnRH and its GnRH a.Results:Among 81 treating periods,65 had normal ovulation with ovulatory rate 80 25%;36 cases of 65 were pregnant,the pregnant rate was 55 38%.Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine could effectively treat LUFS and increase pregnant rate.
