摘要
目的:探析短纯音诱发耳声发射(tone-burst-evoked otoacoustic emissions,TBOAEs)测试新生儿内耳功能时所应选用的适当刺激水平。方法:选取2012年1月至2013年1月河南省人民医院耳鼻喉科检查的80例正常新生儿为研究对象,分别以60、65、70、75、80 dB peSPL五种刺激强度进行测试,分析最佳刺激水平。结果:各项参数在低刺激水平(60、65 dB peSPL)和高刺激水平(70、75、80 dB peSPL)上有明显区别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:75、80 dB peSPL刺激水平是测试评估新生儿内耳功能的合适选择。
Objective: To find an appropriate stimulation level of tone-burst-evoked otoacoustic emissions( TBOAEs) for neonates. Methods: 80 normal neonates were selected in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2012 to January 2013. TBOAEs was used to test the function of all the neonates' ears by 60,65,70,75,80 dB peSPL,then find the best stimulation level. Results: There was a significant difference of the parameters between the lower stimulation level( 60,65 dB peSPL) and higher level( 70,75,80 dB peSPL). Conclusion: 75 or 80 dB peSPL is the appropriate stimulus level for TBOAEs to test the function of neonates' ears.
