摘要
目的 :观察新型放疗增敏剂甘氨双唑钠 (SG)对心血管和呼吸系统的影响。 方法 :麻醉猫 10只分为生理盐水组和SG组 ,采用多次股静脉注射给药方法 ,记录给药前后血压、心率、心电图、呼吸频率和幅度的改变。 结果 :(1) SG累积剂量达5 0 ,10 0 mg/kg时对血压、心率和心电图无明显影响 ;达 30 0 mg/kg时可出现暂时性血压下降、心电图 T波升高 ;剂量达 10 0 0mg/kg时尚有心率减慢作用。 (2 ) SG5 0~ 30 0 m g/kg时 ,对呼吸频率和幅度无明显影响。 (3) SG30 0 0 mg/kg时 5只猫中有2只死亡 ,临死前表现为血压持续下降 ,心率持续减慢、不规则 ,心电图波型异常、T波倒置、ST段抬高 ,呼吸不规则直至停止。结论 :SG剂量小于 30 0 mg/kg比较安全 ,超大剂量可依次严重抑制心血管和呼吸系统。
Objective: To observe the effects of sodium glycididazole (SG), a new radio sensitizer, on cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Methods: In anesthetized cats, we recorded the changes of blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram, and respiratory frequency and amplitude induced by intravenous injection of SG. Results: (1) SG 300 mg/kg, not 50 and 100 mg/kg, caused a transient decrease in blood pressure with a transient elevation in T wave of electrocardiogram. (2) SG 50 300 mg/kg had no effects on respiratory frequency and amplitude. (3) When the dose of SG was increased cumulatively, severe inhibition of cardiovascular and respiratory systems occurred. Moreover, 2 of 5 cats died at the dose of SG 3 000 mg/kg. They exhibited a continued decrease in blood pressure and heart rate, and obviously abnormal electrocardiograms, and irregular respiration before death. Conclusion: Overdose of SG can result in death due to severe inhibition of cardiovascular and respiratory systems. [
