关于膝关节损伤的思考 被引量:2

摘要 膝关节由股骨内外侧髁、胫骨内外侧髁及髌骨构成,为人体最大且构造最为复杂的关节,其损伤机会亦较多。我国膝部损伤患者呈逐年增多的趋势,在外科手术微创化趋势的推动下,膝部损伤、尤其是交叉韧带损伤的治疗方式取得了飞跃性的进步,已从切开复位内固定治疗模式转变为关节镜下微创治疗,且与计算机导航、CT三维重建及同种异体移植等新技术、新方法紧密结合,提高了治疗效果。在这种趋势下,运动医学从关节外科和创伤骨科中脱颖而出,并获得了长足发展。《中华创伤骨科杂志》编辑部约请我为本期“膝部损伤”重点刊专栏撰写一篇述评,接受这个任务后,我倍感责任重大,唯恐自己学识有限,辜负编辑部的重托,仔细拜读本期“膝部损伤”的相关文章后,获益匪浅,现谈一谈我个人的观点,以期达到抛砖引玉的效果。
