摘要
通过分析交通负外部性主要内容及产生原因,从综合运输管理层面探讨一体化解决方案,缓解或遏制交通负外部性的产生,对城市交通可持续发展提出一些建议。
The paper analyzed the main content of negative externalities traffic and the causes, discussed the integrated solutions from the integrated transport management aspects which could relieve or containment the negative externalities to generate, and proposed some suggestions of sustainable development of urban transport.
