TCM条件培养下Caveolin-1蛋白对血肿瘤屏障通透性改变的机制

摘要 临床治疗中,为提高抗肿瘤药物的治疗效果,选择性增加肿瘤组织处的血脑屏障的通透性,使到达脑肿瘤组织的药物浓度明显增加,这对于提高抗肿瘤药物的治疗效果十分重要。胶质瘤是颅内最常见的肿瘤,在所有颅内肿瘤中约占40%,预后较差,平均存活期仅为9~12个月。胶质瘤毛细血管形成的血肿瘤屏障(blood—tumorbarrier,BTB)能显著限制治疗药物向脑肿瘤组织内的转运”[1-2]。
