摘要
Patients with colorectal cancer presenting with acute malignant colonic obstruction are approximately 10%-15% These patients are always in a poor general condition. Emergency surgery for acute obstructive colorectal cancer is associated with high complication rate and mortality and resulting long hospital stay and hospital cost.
